Please note that we do not operate as a cash & carry, all goods are despatched by carrier.
Due to October, November & December being our very busiest time we are unfortunately unable to entertain visitors during this period.
We cannot offer this service but we do all we can to advise our customers on the very best lines to stock.
Claims for shortages/damages or non-delivery must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Once we have received a claim we will verify the situation and contact you accordingly as to advise whether you need to return the goods or receive a credit note.
If one or two lines are ordered in error and are to be returned, they must be packaged in such a way that we receive them in perfect condition.
Due to the fact that we have been trading for over 20 years, we have established a very reliable source of supply.
We demand the very highest quality of stock from our suppliers so that our customers can be guaranteed pristine and authentic products.
No, we are happy to assist start-up businesses. If you do not have a trading name as yet we can invoice you personally.
You can pay us by the following methods:

Cash payment into our bank (for instant clearance and next day delivery)

On-line transfers, BACS, CHAPS, etc (generally 3 working days for clearance)

Cheques made payable to “Knights Fragrances” (can take up to 7 days to clear)

Due to us having to source over 2000 lines on a regular basis and at the very best prices, we are not in a position to supply testers or merchandising material.
Simply contact us by phone, fax or e-mail and supply your name, trading name, full delivery address including postcode, invoice address (if different) and a contact telephone number.
Once you have relayed this information, we can set up an account for invoicing purposes. From then on, you are ready to order.
Once we have received cleared payment for you order, we make every effort for you to obtain your goods the next working day.
Yes, we are happy to supply businesses (only) overseas.
We have a £1000 minimum order. For businesses within the EU, we will require a VAT registration number.
Transportation and insurance of the goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
You can instruct your carrier to uplift from ourselves or we can ship to your U.K forwarder.
Yes, we have a minimum order value of £200.00 Ex. VAT. Orders under this threshold will not be accepted.
Our opening hours are 09:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
During November & December we are open 09:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. on Saturdays and until 19:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.
This is something we have been asked for & have duly obliged!
We are now able to provide you with a list which is very similar to the list that you can currently download from our site, the difference being that we have removed our stock codes, the Cost & Special Offer prices so that only the S.S.P remains. The Front Cover (printed separately) only has fragrance images & a space for your company logo/stamp. There will be nothing at all to link this list to Knights Fragrances. Once downloaded the list can be used in a retail environment for your customers to browse through the amazing range you can offer. This is a great tool for your customers to pre-order their fragrance requirements without you having to unnecessarily stock-hold a huge range.
As our minimum order value is only £200 (ex. Vat) it should be easy to make up this order value and you can take advantage of our Next day service.
When Printing:
Why not use different colour paper to differentiate between Ladies & Men's
i.e print the Ladies (pages 1 to 15) in pink and the Mens (pages 16 to 24) in blue.
For the Front Cover if you have a colour printer make sure you select colour.
